Councillors are hereby summoned to attend an Extraordinary meeting of Nottingham City Council at the Council House, Nottingham, at the rising of the Ordinary Council meeting (which will commence at 2pm) to transact the following business:

1		TO CONSIDER MOTION:- That Tim Reddish, MBE, being a person of distinction within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1972, be admitted as an Honorary Freeman of the City of Nottingham. That a Certificate of Admission, in a suitable casket, be presented to Tim Reddish, MBE and the Corporate Services Director be authorised to take all reasonable steps to arrange a presentation ceremony on 23 May 2005.
2		TO CONSIDER MOTION:- That Richard Michiel Stevenson, OBE, Deputy Lieutenant, MA Hons, being a person of distinction within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1972, be admitted as an Honorary Freeman of the City of Nottingham. That a Certificate of Admission, in a suitable casket, be presented to Richard Michiel Stevenson, OBE, Deputy Lieutenant, MA Hons and the Corporate Services Director be authorised to take all reasonable steps to arrange a presentation ceremony on 23 May 2005.
