Committee details

The Greater Nottingham Light Rapid Transit Advisory Committee advises Nottingham City Council on the operation of the Nottingham tram system. It can consider representations made to it by members of the public regarding any issues relating to the tram system and make appropriate recommendations to the Council.

The Committee is made up of five Nottingham City Councillors and five Nottinghamshire County Councillors, and one representative from each of the following organisations:

East Midlands Chamber of Commerce

Nottingham City Disability Involvement Group

Nottingham Federation of Small Businesses

Nottingham Trent University

Nottinghamshire Better Transport

RideWise

Travel Watch East Midlands

The Committee meets four times each year and its meetings are open to the public.
