21/08/2017 - Homes & Communities Agency Action Plan and Funding Bids - Key Decision

The HCA has invited Nottingham to prepare a joint action plan to form the context for bids for HCA and other Government funding to support the achievement of national and local housing targets. They have also encouraged D2N2 and its local authorities to produce and implement an HS2 Growth Plan. This paper seeks Executive Board approval to produce the HCA Action Plan and to submit bids for the first round of the new Housing Infrastructure Fund. These bids will be for Nottingham projects under HIF Marginal Viability Fund and jointly with the D2N2 partners for an HIF Forward Funding bid. The later will be based around the draft HS2 Growth Plan
