Reason for urgency: The meeting is urgent and the business cannot be deferred because the June meeting of the Commissioning and Procurement Sub-Committee, at which this was intended to be submitted, was cancelled. There are contracts that would come to an end on 30 June and as such, to ensure compliance with financial regs and EU Procurement law, this needs to go to the May meeting rather than waiting until July.
