The report missed the 28 day deadline as there have been some very recent changes to the scope of the study, which is now much more focused on making the case and quantifying the outputs and benefits from the transport proposals identified in the HS2 Growth Strategy. The HS2 Growth Strategy is an emerging document which is due to be published in July 2017.
