Reason for urgency:
The item could not be included on the 28 Day Notice because the tender documents for homecare need to be issued as soon as possible. Due to Winter Pressures, it is important that the homecare market is stable and is able to meet the additional demand. It is therefore important that the procurement of homecare is completed ahead of this period.
