An appendix to this report is exempt from publication under paragraph number 3 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 because it contains information relating to the financial or business affairs of organisations involved in delivering services to the council and, having regard to all the circumstances, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information because it may influence the tender process and impact negatively on future contractual negotiations.
