COUNCILLORS ARE ASKED TO ASSEMBLE IN THE GROUND FLOOR FOYER AT LOXLEY HOUSE FOR NOT LATER THAN 10.25 AM IN ORDER TO VIEW VEHICLES RELATING TO ITEMS ON THE AGENDA. THE COMMITTEE WILL THEN CONVENE IN ROOM LH 2.13, LOXLEY HOUSE FOR THE MEETING BEGINNING AT 10.45 AM.
