The Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) is a joint committee of NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board, Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council. The primary purpose of the ICP is to produce an Integrated Care Strategy and Outcomes Framework for Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, setting out how the assessed health and social care needs identified by the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Joint Strategic Needs Assessments (JSNAs) are to be met by the City and County Councils, the Integrated Care Board or NHS England, in line with their respective commissioning responsibilities.

The Panel is made up of 5 individuals nominated by the City Council, 5 nominated by the County Council and 5 nominated by the Integrated Care Board. A further six organisations are represented on the ICP.
