The meeting is urgent and the business cannot be deferred because one of our group companies requires alternative funding arrangements prior to the end of the month therefore it is not possible to wait until the next Executive Board meeting. The Council is required to notify third parties of our intention to secure alternative financing arrangements by the end of 22nd October.
