Reason for urgency:
The item could not be included on the 28 Day Notice becaue the outturn report is linked to the ‘Nottingham City Council 20/21 financial position and the impact of COVID-19’ report which is also being presented to June Executive Board. Due to the scale of the financial challenges the Council is now facing for 20/21 and future years in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is appropriate to provide an interim briefing on the financial position of the Council and the next steps in managing this.
