This decision will be taken under urgency procedures.

Reason for urgency:
The item could not be included on the 28 Day Notice because services relating to this decision are in place to relieve pressures on the system of homecare that supports vulnerable adults to stay in their homes and return home from hospital. Any delay in securing the funding could have a negative impact on Delayed Transfers of Care. This is the number of days that citizens are waiting in hospital when they are medically fit for discharge, but it has not been possible to put a package of care in place to support them safely to return to being cared for in the community.
