Decision maker: Leader of the Council Decision due: Not before 22nd Jul 2021 Lead officer: Michael Gallagher Notice of proposed decision first published: 14/07/2021 This decision will be taken under urgency procedures. Reason for urgency: The item could not be included on the 28-day notice because the Competition that has been successfully run by Nottingham City Councils’ Midlands Energy Hub had a large number of applicants. Central Government would like to increase funding to increase the number of successful applications. The deadline to inform applicants if they have been successful is 26 July 2021. Therefore, the Variation to the MoU needs to be signed by this date in order for the funding announcement to be made in line with the agreed competition timeframes.
