Reason for urgency: This decision could not be included on a 28-Day Notice because background work has been taking place to understand the Housing Aid Service needs and how this grant is required to support those needs. Now the service need has been established, the Council must work as quickly as possible to mobilise the staffing team and other services, in order to respond to the increasing post-pandemic demand.
