Reason for urgency: This decision could not be included on a 28-Day Notice because the Council is currently engaged in a time-critical negotiation process regarding an important commercial lease. A decision on putting the right level of resourcing in place to support the negotiations is required urgently, so as to ensure that the Council is in the most effective position possible to achieve best value.
