Reason for urgency: The item could not be included on the 28 Day Notice because the Council was awaiting publication of national price indices to determine applicable tariff increases which were not available at that point. The meeting is urgent and the business cannot be deferred because sufficient time is required to provide sufficient notice to customers of the tariff rates to be applied from 1st January 2023 Anticipated restriction: Part exempt - view reasons Explanation of anticipated restriction: It is not in the public interest to disclose the information because it contains confidential pricing information relating to the provision of energy to commercial customers of the district heating and private wire networks.
