C Barnfather and Cllr L Yates as County Council appointed members of the Authority in place of Cllr.T Pettengell deceased and Cllr K Girling; (b) To approve the appointment of Cllr. C Barnfather to the Finance and Resources Committee and the Personnel Committee; (c) To approve the appointment of Cllr. L Yates to the Community Safety Committee and the Human Resources Commit
