Derby City Council's incumbent supplier is pulling out of the passenger transport service market in Derby and the Council have been unable to appoint and alternative provider through the tender process. Nottingham City Council is required to take over this service on the 3 May 2016 to provide continuity of service which is vital as the customers are vulnerable and disabled adults.
