Report of Regional Licensing and Policy Manager

Angela Rawson, Regional Licensing and Policy Manager, presented the report of the Director of Community Protection, which sought Committee approval to publish a Cumulative Impact Assessment (CIA) for the City. The report included details of the responses from consultation, an officer assessment of those responses and of amendments made to the CIA as a result of them. Mrs Rawson also sought approval to an amendment to Section 7, Appendix 8, of the CIA to include reference to the Nottingham Local Plan (November 2005) which had been given regard but omitted from the Appendix.

In response to a question, Mrs Rawson stated that this document can be reviewed and amended during its 3-year life span, subject to there being evidence to support any amendments and a similar process of consultation being followed.

RESOLVED that the Cumulative Impact Assessment, amended to include the addition of the ‘Nottingham Local Plan (November 2005)’ in Section 7, Appendix 8 - Strategies, Policies & other published documents given regard, be approved for publication.
