Report of the Chief Executive, Nottingham City Homes

Minutes:

Kristian Murden, Tenancy and Estate Manager at St Ann’s Housing Office, presented the report of the Chief Executive of Nottingham City Homes (NCH) outlining key performance updates on programme and environmental issues, highlighting the following:

 

(a)  the works at the Victoria Centre are due to finish at the end of February;

 

(b)  an additional £640.43 was tabled for Hungerhill Road for the installation of two concrete bollards, and returfing;

 

RESOLVED to:

 

(1)  note the contents of the report set out in appendices 1 and 2;

 

(2)  approve the Area Capital Programme Schemes for Dales, Mapperley and St Ann’s wards as set out in below;
