We the undersigned petition the council to Increase Rubbish Collections: Schedule more frequent clean-ups in areas affected by fly-tipping. Install CCTV Cameras: Place cameras in known hotspots to catch offenders. Enforce Stronger Fines: Impose tougher penalties on those caught fly-tipping. Clear Overgrown Areas: Regularly maintain public spaces to remove thorns and overgrowth.

Fly-tipping not only ruins the appearance of our neighborhood but also poses significant health and safety risks to all residents. It attracts vermin, creates environmental hazards, and lowers the quality of life in our community. Despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved, and the situation continues to worsen daily.

Particularly concerning is the threat fly-tipping poses to vulnerable residents, including children, the elderly, and those with disabilities. The presence of broken glass, sharp objects, and thorny overgrowth creates a dangerous environment, putting everyone at risk of injury and making our streets unsafe for those who need extra care and protection.
