New home application Application no: 24/02200/PFUL3

We the undersigned petition the council to Block application number: 24/02200/PFUL3 from building any homes/flat etc on the land beside 16 Darley road.

We, the undersigned residents and concerned citizens of Darley Road, Chadwick Road and Bobbermill, respectfully submit this petition to express our opposition to the proposed construction of homes on the land beside 16 Darley Road, application number: 24/02200/PFUL3 which is currently under consideration by Nottingham City Council. We strongly believe that the construction of additional homes in this area would have detrimental effects on the community, environment, and overall quality of life for residents.

Reasons for Opposition:

Environmental Impact: The proposed development application number 24/02200/PFUL3 will result in Overcrowding and Strain on Infrastructure: Adding more homes in this area would put undue pressure on already limited infrastructure, such as roads, leading to increased traffic congestion, reduced air quality, and a strain on local resources.

Decreased Property Values: The development may negatively affect property values in the surrounding neighborhoods, reducing the overall quality of living for current homeowners and making the area less attractive for potential buyers.

Quality of Life: The introduction of large-scale residential development could significantly change the character and ambiance of the area. And breach peace and privacy for many home owners in several directions.

Conclusion:

For the reasons listed above, we, the undersigned, respectfully urge the Nottingham City Council to reconsider or halt any plans for the construction of homes on Darley Road.

We hope that our concerns will be taken seriously, and we ask for your support in protecting the area for future generations.

Thank you for your attention to this important matter
