To help shape development proposals for
Waterside, the Council has prepared a draft Supplementary Planning
Document (SPD), which sets out the type, form, scale and density of
development expected at the Waterside. Once the guidance is adopted
by the Council, the SPD will be a key consideration in how planning
applications for development at the Waterside are determined.
