Appendices to this report are exempt from publication under paragraph 3 and 5 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 because they contain commercially sensitive information relating to contract negotiations and because one contains information in respect of which a claim to legal professional privilege could be maintained in legal proceedings and having regard to all the circumstances, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information as disclosure of this information at this stage could jeopardise the Council’s negotiating position.
