This report proposes the appointment of
Nottingham City Homes (NCH) to develop these two City Council-owned
sites for c.142 new Council homes, subject to costs being within
the funding envelope set out in the exempt appendix, and to the
demonstration of value for money. These developments will
contribute towards achieving the Council’s commitment to
build 1,000 new social homes for rent by 2023.
