that will support Council Plan pledges, including becoming the
UK’s first Carbon Neutral city by 2028. To enable the
completion of these projects, a new electricity supply to the site
is required.

It is not in the public interest to disclose this information because it would jeopardise the Council receiving best value for money when a competitive tender process is completed following this approval process.
