Eastcroft Depot Electricity Supply Upgrade

Nottingham City Council’s Eastcroft Depot is the proposed location of a number of innovative projects that will support Council Plan pledges, including becoming the UK’s first Carbon Neutral city by 2028. To enable the completion of these projects, a new electricity supply to the site is required.

An appendix to this report is exempt from publication under paragraph number 3 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 because it contains information relating to a tender process and, having regard to all the circumstances, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

It is not in the public interest to disclose this information because it would jeopardise the Council receiving best value for money when a competitive tender process is completed following this approval process.
