The item could not be included on the 28 Day Notice because it was originally due to be heard at the February Executive Board on 16th February. 28 days notice for this report was given on 18 January 2021 notifying the public that the decision would be considered at the Executive Board on 16 February 2021. This meeting has now been postponed to allow further development of the Medium Term Financial Strategy. This decision is time sensitive and cannot be delayed to that meeting.
