This report seeks:
(1) Approval to extend participation in refugee resettlement to end
FY25-26, to authorise draw-down of central government grant monies,
to approve delegated spending authority, and to continue to act as
Accountable Body in the matter of supporting neighbouring
first-tier local authorities to deliver resettlement.
(2) Authority to make a direct award of funds to Nottingham and
Nottinghamshire Refugee Forum (NNRF) for casework and cultural
orientation services.
(3) Approval for exemption from Procurement Procedures (Article
18.55, invitations to tender) in accordance with Article 18.79 of
the Contract Procedure Rules.
