This decision is in anticipation of a revenue
grant award from the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and
Communities Rough Sleeping Initiative 2022-25 and seeks permission
for Nottingham City Council to accept and spend the funding in
accordance with the specified programme upon notification of the
successful funding bid.
The approval of the grant will enable delivery of the local system
of services to prevent and respond to the rough sleeping (and those
at risk) and to implement the Nottingham City Homelessness
Prevention and Rough Sleeping Strategy.
Decision type: Key

Decision status: For Determination
Wards affected: (All Wards);
Anticipated restriction: Part exempt - View reasons
Explanation of anticipated restriction:
The public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information because the programme of spend contains service costings that are commercially sensitive and, if published, could prejudice the Council's negotiating position for future commissioning.
