Reason for urgency:
The item could not be included on a 28 Day Notice because formal notification of the grant from the DfE was only received on the 14th February. Delivery of the programme must commence during the Easter school holidays. In order to be able to run a grant application programme for VCS partners delivering activities a decision must be made urgently to accept the grant and approve the grant programme.
