Decision maker: Leader of the Council Decision due: Not before 4th Mar 2024 Lead officer: Anne-Marie Barclay Notice of proposed decision first published: 23/02/2024 This decision will be taken under urgency procedures. Reason for urgency: The decision cannot be given 28 days’ notice because a decision is required as soon as possible as the signed Grant Funding Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding need to be returned to DfT by 15 March 2024, with initial payment being made before the end of the financial year. The report cannot be delayed as the DfT have advised that we will lose the funding if we do not return the signed paperwork by 15 March.
