Specialist Residential Children's Homes - key decision New!

Decision maker:  Commissioning and Procurement Executive Committee

Decision due:   12 Mar 2024

Lead officer:  Catherine Cameron-Jones

Notice of proposed decision first published: 27/02/2024

This decision will be taken under urgency procedures.

Reason for urgency:
The item could not be included on the 28 Day Notice due to a clerical error and the meeting is urgent and the business cannot be deferred because timescales are important for Nottinghamshire and Derby City as their part of the tender is linked to the spending of DfE capital and they need a provider in time to have input into the development of the property. While this does not impact on Nottingham City, this is a joint tender and therefore we need to go out at the same time as the other partners. If the report is delayed until a future meeting, it would delay the process.

Anticipated restriction: Part exempt  - view reasons

Explanation of anticipated restriction:
An appendix to the report contains financial information which if disclosed could harm the authorities negotiating position, therefore negating Best Value for the Council.
