The item could not be included on a 28 Day Notice to allow award of service contract and lease of building for the procured Registered Provider to manage Temporary Accommodation service for homeless families from January 2025. This cannot be deferred due to the need to achieve savings on the cost of Bed & Breakfast/Nightly Paid Temporary Accommodation.
