Notice of proposed decision first published: 21/10/2024

Anticipated restriction: Fully exempt  - view reasons

Explanation of anticipated restriction:
It is not in the public interest to disclose the information within this report as the commercial negotiations are on-going, declaring our longer term plan whilst the new contract negotiations are underway could weaken NCC's negotiation position. The details of the waste deal, linked to the energy/steam deal are integrated to each other, once our future design position is in the public domain we loose the ability to negotiate attractive terms. This in turn could reduce the value of the asset and customer base comprising any potential the District Heating Network sale.
