The 28 Day Executive Notice is a list of the council’s key decisions and decisions of meetings to be held in private that will be taken over the next month. These decisions will be made either at an Executive meeting or by the Leader of the Council.
The Notices are published at least 28 days before the relevant meeting or decision date unless they are notices of urgent decisions which can't wait. Urgent decisions require one of the following notices: General Exception, Special Urgency or Urgent Private Meeting.
The Notice includes a short description of the decision to be taken; who will make it and when; whether it will be taken in private and if so, the reason why and provides contact details for further information (including reports and background papers).
