Provision of transactional services associated with the recovery of debt (Council Tax, Fairer Charging, Adult residential service, Housing benefit overpayments), administration of Housing Benefits, Discretionary Hardship Support and all customer contact associated with the services. Provision of staff to fulfil other contracts on behalf of other public sector organisations through a sub contract with Northgate Public Services.
