This report is exempt from publication under paragraph number 3 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 because it contains information relating to the Local Authorities commercial and business activities including competitive position and, having regard to all the circumstances, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.
It is not in the public interest to disclose this information because publication of the information may undermine the Council's competitive stance and harm the financial case.
