Cheryl moved to Nottingham in 1991 and was the lead officer for Nottingham County Council on domestic violence issues prior to managing Nottingham Law Centre for 20 years.
Cheryl lives in the ward and has been a councillor since 2017. She attends resident group meetings and community events across the ward and is actively involved in raising money for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library that provides books for children aged 0-5 years old in some wards in the City.
