City Council (Extraordinary)
Purpose of committee
All 55 City Councillors meet together as the City Council. Sometimes additional meetings, known as ‘Extraordinary’ meetings, are held where the Council will confer special titles upon citizens or grant the Freedom of the City to worthy people.
Meetings are open to the public.
